Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a campsite.
Absolutely no hunting or trapping.
Campground sites can be used only for recreational purposes. Permanent use or use as a principal residence is not allowed.
Protect our forest. Build campfires only at fire pits where provided. We prefer to provide you with firewood from our farm to prevent the possibility of spreading disease and non-native insects that could destroy our forests. Please DO NOT bring in outside firewood at the risk of spreading insects or disease. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING FIRES UNDER CONTROL. Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area.
Only small charcoal grills, gas cook stoves or Sterno may be used at campsites. Campfires or fire pits are allowed only at campsites where provided.
All pets must be on a leash at ALL times. No exceptions! NO PETS ALLOWED DURING GAULEY SEASON.
No ATVs or UTVs (4-wheelers or side by sides) are permitted on the property.
Generators are permitted but may not be used between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. and during special events.
No fireworks are permitted.
Alcoholic intoxication or drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed in common areas. Keep such activity at your campsite only.
Do not enter Restricted Areas and NEVER interact with livestock unattended. We’ll be glad to show you around and introduce you to the beautiful breeds of sheep we raise here.
For your safety, stay on marked trails.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Turn off all music and refrain from any loud activities or noise. If a neighbor camper is disturbing you, please bring it to our attention.
Be respectful of other campers. No fighting or boisterous behavior. Keep noise at a reasonable level.
All visitors of campers must register and obtain a Day Use Permit at the Old Mill Store and must check-out by 10:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m. during Gauley season).
Drive slowly. Speed limit is 15 m.p.h.
Keep your site clean of all litter and waste. Place all litter and garbage in containers provided or take it with you. We recycle aluminum.
Not responsible for loss or theft.
Anyone found in violation of these rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
